Our wood wick candles are designed to create a beautiful, cozy burn with a gentle crackling sound. To enjoy your candle safely and get the best performance, please follow these care instructions:
Before Each Burn
Trim the wick to approximately ⅛ inch before lighting. Remove any loose wick debris from the wax surface.
First Burn Matters
Allow your candle to burn long enough for the melt pool to reach the edges of the vessel—typically 2–4 hours. This helps prevent tunneling and creates an even burn throughout the life of your candle.
Every Burn
For the best experience, burn your candle for 2–4 hours at a time. Keep the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface and never leave it unattended.
Between Burns
Allow the wax to cool and fully solidify before trimming or relighting. If the flame becomes too large, extinguish the candle, allow it to cool, and trim the wick before relighting.
For Your Safety
Never burn a candle near curtains, paper, bedding, or other flammable materials. Keep away from children and pets. Never move a burning or recently extinguished candle, and discontinue use when approximately ½ inch of wax remains.
A Little Wick Tip
Wood wicks can be sensitive to excess wick length and wax buildup. If your flame is small or struggles to stay lit, extinguish the candle, let the wax cool completely, and trim the wick before your next burn.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
