Processing

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping

• Shipping takes 3-5 business days.
• All Packages are shipped via USPS and shipping costs are calculated by weight.
• During the summer months, orders containing heat sensitive products that are susceptible to melting will be shipped via Priority Mail (1-2 day shipping), Monday-Wednesday Only. This is done to prevent your items from sitting in hot vehicles or warehouses for extended periods of time These orders will carry a slightly higher shipping rate. 
• Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address or phone number that you provide during checkout. 
• Tracking details may take 24-48 hours to update on the USPS website.

If tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS for more information. 

If you accidentally provide an incorrect address at checkout and your package has already been shipped, contact USPS to change your address. If your package is sent back to us, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges in order for us to resend your package. 

Once orders are shipped, we have no control over the process and cannot answer questions about delays, returned, lost, or missing packages. ​
